I would have written up about this if my trip to Ireland hadn't been coming up...but I made a rather tasty cake for my roommate Maria's birthday in May. Sandy was gracious enough to let me borrow her kitchen for some ninja baking. She also cooked me dinner and took pictures of the cake creation process!
